Ive been trying to return this product for a couple weeks now I used it for several months, followed the program every day and I have went to the doctor and gained 5 pounds. My doctor says that this product evidently does not work with my body type.
I would just like a refund and like to send the rest of what I have back can somebody please contact me I did not want to leave these reviews just because it didnt work for me. I even told the customer service rep that, but evidently I cant get a returned without leaving reviews.
I was not a pissed customer and I explained that and I also explained that I did not want to leave bad reviews. I was just wanting to return the product for a refund but now I am a little pissed because its taking this long to get any kind of response.

First of all, I would like to start by saying I am not a pissed Customer. I have been taking this for several months three times a day and following the Golo plan exactly the way it says to do.
I went to the doctor two days ago and I have gained 5 pounds. It was a little disappointing I knew I wasnt losing weight but I sure didnt think I had gained weight. My doctor said that it evidently just does not work with my body type and that it doesnt work for all people the same, I gave it five stars because I dont want to make the product look bad. I am sure it works wonderful for others.
It just didnt for me. Im going to the beach in two weeks and I was hoping that by doing the Golo program I was going to be a lot skinnier for my trip, but I am not. I guess I just have a different kind of body type that does not work with this program. I tried, and thats all I can do.
I am just requesting a refund because I spent a lot of money and a lot of time with this product that didnt work for me. Thank you very much.
